HAVING HEARD counsel for the applicant(s) and having read the notice of motion and other documents filed of record IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The respondent is hereby provisionally sequestrated.

2. A rule nisi is hereby issued and returnable on 12 October 2026 at 10:00 or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, calling upon all interested parties to show cause why the provisional sequestration order should not be made final.

3. The costs of this application shall form part of the administration of the respondent’s insolvent estate.
