LIQUIDATION AND DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNTS IN DECEASED ESTATES LYING FOR INSPECTION
(Section 35(5) of the Administration of Estates Act, No. 66 of 1965)
Notice is hereby given that copies of the liquidation and distribution accounts in the estate of the late VAN DEN BERG, MARIA JOHANNA (Identity Number: 410107 0024 08 0), who resided at 15 Marmanet Retirement Centre, 248 Bergrivier Drive, Terenure, Johannesburg, and who passed away on 13 December 2021, will be open for inspection of all interested persons for a period of 21 (twenty-one) days from the date specified below or from the date of publication hereof, whichever may be the later, at the offices of the Master of the High Court and the Magistrate’s Court as stated.
Should no objection thereto be lodged with the Master concerned during the specified period, the Executor will proceed to make payments in accordance with the accounts.
