In the estate of the late JACOBUS MATTHEUS DE BEER, Identity Number 5105305007082, who resided at O`DONOVANSTRAAT 9, KURUMAN, 8460.

In terms of section 35(5) of the Administration of Estates Act, No. 66 of 1965, notice is hereby given that the first and final liquidation and distribution account in the above estate will be open for inspection by all persons with an interest therein for a period of 21 days from the date of publication hereof, at the offices of the Master of the High Court, KIMBERLEY, and the Magistrate’s Court, KURUMAN.

Should no objection thereto be lodged with the Master or the Magistrate during the specified period, the executor will proceed to make payments and distribute the assets in accordance with the account.
