Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 (1) of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer Number ST12531/2005 passed by SAREL PETRUS DU PLESSIS OOSTHUIZEN, Identity Number 690327 5031 085, married out of community of property, in favour of CHARMAIN DOROTHY HOLLAND-MUTER, Identity Number 850502 0002 085, unmarried, in respect of certain a unit consisting of (a) Section No. 25 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS83/1997 in the scheme known as Canterbury in respect of the land and building or buildings situated at Langenhovenpark Extension 4, Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality, of which section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 46 (Forty Six) square metres in extent and (b) an undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Free State at Bloemfontein within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
