TAKE NOTICE that in execution of a judgment by default in the above court, a sale in execution, will be held by the Sheriff of the High Court, Rustenburg, at Ground Floor, 209 Beyers Naude Drive, Rustenburg on 15 OCTOBER 2026 at 10:00, of the following immovable property, on conditions to be read out by the auctioneer at the time of the sale:

3. Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
